Transform
An integrative approach to personal transformation, weaving together ancient wisdom and modern psychology to guide you toward wholeness.
My Approach
With a Master's in Creative and Artistic Therapy from ISEP Barcelona and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana Mexico City, I bring a deeply integrative approach to personal transformation. My practice is not confined to any single methodology โ instead, it draws from the vast well of human wisdom.
I weave together Ayurvedic principles, psychological insight, art therapy, yoga techniques, pranayama (breathwork), spiritual practices, and neuro-linguistic programming to create a uniquely holistic path of healing. This approach honors who you are in your entirety โ body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking deeper self-understanding, or working through emotional patterns, our sessions create a safe, nurturing space for authentic exploration and lasting change.
Integrative Modalities
Each modality brings a unique lens to the healing process. Together, they create a comprehensive approach that addresses the whole person.
Grounded in formal training (BA Psychology, Universidad Iberoamericana), sessions integrate evidence-based psychological frameworks for understanding patterns, processing emotions, and developing cognitive flexibility. A foundation of compassionate inquiry guides every interaction.
As a certified Ayurvedic Therapist (222hrs, Gurukula Ayurveda), I bring the 5,000-year-old science of life into our work together. Understanding your unique constitution (dosha) illuminates personalized approaches to nutrition, daily rhythms, and lifestyle choices that support your well-being.
Holding a Master's in Creative and Artistic Therapy (ISEP Barcelona), I use creative expression as a powerful channel for processing emotions that words alone cannot capture. Through visual art, movement, and symbolic work, hidden wisdom surfaces and healing deepens.
With over 1,000 training hours across six yoga traditions, breathwork and movement become integral tools for embodied healing. Pranayama techniques regulate the nervous system, while yoga practices build body awareness and create pathways for releasing stored emotions.
Meditation, mantra, intention-setting, and sacred ceremony provide a spiritual container for the healing journey. These practices connect you with something larger than the everyday mind, offering perspective, comfort, and access to deep inner wisdom.
NLP techniques offer practical tools for repatterning thought processes, transforming limiting beliefs, and creating new neural pathways. Combined with other modalities, NLP accelerates the process of moving from old patterns to new possibilities.
The Process
Every journey is unique, but these four phases provide a guiding framework.
An initial consultation to understand your unique story, needs, and aspirations. Together we explore your Ayurvedic constitution, emotional landscape, and the vision you hold for your life.
We design a personalized approach drawing from multiple modalities. Sessions may combine talk therapy with breathwork, art expression with Ayurvedic guidance, meditation with NLP techniques.
Through consistent practice and supported exploration, old patterns begin to shift. New awareness emerges, emotional resilience grows, and you develop a deeper relationship with your authentic self.
Insights become lived experience. You develop a sustainable personal practice โ tools and rituals you can carry forward independently, staying connected to your wholeness beyond our sessions.
Going Deeper
The body holds wisdom that the mind often overlooks. Through yoga postures, pranayama, and somatic awareness, we learn to listen to what the body is communicating. Tension, restriction, and habitual patterns all carry messages about our emotional and psychological state.
In our sessions, movement and breathwork are not separate from the therapeutic process โ they are integral to it. A specific pranayama technique might unlock an insight that hours of conversation couldn't reach. A yoga pose might reveal where you're holding grief or resistance.
Art therapy creates a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind. When we engage in creative expression โ whether through drawing, painting, collage, or symbolic objects โ we access layers of experience that words alone can't capture.
This is especially powerful when working with transitions, grief, identity shifts, or deeply held emotional patterns. The creative process itself becomes a container for transformation, allowing new perspectives to emerge organically and safely.
Ayurveda teaches that health is a state of balance unique to each individual. By understanding your constitution โ your natural tendencies, strengths, and vulnerabilities โ we can make highly personalized recommendations for nutrition, daily routines, seasonal practices, and lifestyle adjustments.
This ancient system provides a framework for understanding why certain approaches work for some people and not others. It helps us create a life architecture that supports your natural rhythms rather than working against them.
Is This for You?
You're navigating a major change โ motherhood, career shift, relocation, loss โ and need support in finding your footing.
You're ready to understand and shift recurring emotional patterns that no longer serve your growth.
You're seeking a deeper connection with yourself โ your creativity, your body, your purpose, your inner wisdom.
You want an approach that addresses mind, body, and spirit โ not just symptoms, but root causes and lasting transformation.
