With a Master's in Creative and Artistic Therapy from ISEP Barcelona and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana Mexico City, I bring a deeply integrative approach to personal transformation. Body as Teacher

The body holds wisdom that the mind often overlooks. Through yoga postures, pranayama, and somatic awareness, we learn to listen to what the body is communicating. Tension, restriction, and habitual patterns all carry messages about our emotional and psychological state.

With certification in Ayurveda, yoga, and NLP, I offer practical coaching tools. The emphasis shifts based on your needs โ€” some sessions feel more therapeutic, others more action-oriented.
Every session is unique. We might begin with a brief meditation or breathing practice to arrive in the space, move into reflective conversation, incorporate art-making or body-awareness exercises, and close with an Ayurvedic or NLP-informed practice to carry into your week. Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes.
Not at all. These modalities are woven in gently and explained as we go. You don't need any prior knowledge โ€” just openness and willingness to explore new approaches to well-being.
Absolutely. I have been offering online psychology and holistic therapy sessions since 2018. Virtual sessions are just as effective for most modalities and allow us to work together regardless of location. Sessions are conducted in English or Spanish.
This depends entirely on your goals. Some clients find significant clarity in 3-4 sessions; deeper transformational work typically benefits from 8-12 sessions over several months. We'll discuss this during your initial consultation and adjust as your journey unfolds.
