Practice
Movement as medicine. Breath as prayer. Over 1,000 hours of training across six yoga traditions, brought to life through nine years of dedicated practice and teaching.
Meet Your Guide
In my nine years of practical experience, I have had the privilege of working with diverse groups, creating spaces of safety, support, body awareness, and well-being. I organize workshops and events to cultivate strong community, fostering healing and self-expression through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
My proficiency extends to pranayamas, movement therapy, catharsis techniques, mantras, dance, and psychology — enabling me to create a supportive and nurturing environment for students to explore their minds and bodies with strategies that help take yoga off the mat.
Modalities
Each tradition offers a unique pathway to self-discovery. Find the practice that calls to you.
Known as the "yoga of awareness," Kundalini blends physical postures, breath work (pranayama), mantras, and meditation to awaken your life force energy. Sessions work through the chakra system, building vitality, mental clarity, and emotional resilience. Certified through Shuniayoga Barcelona with advanced second-level training.
The foundation of physical yoga practice. Hatha emphasizes holding postures, alignment, and mindful breath to build strength, flexibility, and inner stillness. Sessions are accessible for all levels, creating a balanced practice that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. Trained through Aakasha Yoga Academy.
Deeply nurturing practices that work with the body's connective tissues and nervous system. Specializing in trauma-informed Yin Yoga (Sowl Work, 130hrs) and currently teaching Restorative at Y6 in Palo Alto. These gentle, supported postures create space for profound release and healing.
The yoga of dance — a flowing practice that fuses the structure of Kundalini Yoga with the freedom of expressive movement. Shakti Dance works through phases of stretching, standing exercises, free dance, and deep relaxation to release energy blocks and awaken creative expression. Certified through Shuniayoga Barcelona.
